Blow-up's are a new addition to our Christmas decorating this year. Determined to not be tacky, but still fun, we found these small blow-ups at Home Depot and they made a really cute additon to out holiday decorating.

Ray's light display. I do the inside decorating, he does the lights.
The kids were so excited to see the lights when it finally got dark.
